1. Returns for Supplements

1.1 Due to health and safety reasons, we only accept returns for supplements if they are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
1.2 Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
1.3 Opened or partially used products will not be eligible for return.

2. Returns for Gym Accessories

2.1 Gym accessories can be returned if:

The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
You received the wrong product.
2.2 Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
4.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4.3 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used supplements.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Items returned without original packaging or invoice.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
6.2 Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return.
